Abir Chatterjee will play Byomkesh Bakshi in Arindam Sil’s next project, Sohini Sarkar will play Byomkesh’s wife, Satyabati. Music director Indraadip Das Gupta will have an important role in the film. Shadab Kamal, who made a splash in B.A. Pass, will be seen as the Police Officer Ratikanta. Nusrat will play the important character of Shakuntala. The other actors who will be part of the film are Dipankar De,June,Rajesh Sharma, Joydeep Kundu, Pradip Rai,Subrat Dutt, Indradeep Das Gupta and Rachel White. Bickram Ghosh will do the music, Soumik Halder will be the cinematographe.
